SHIPPING POLICY

At YVY Performance™, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible.

By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms set out in this Shipping Policy.

1. SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

  • Orders are generally delivered within 8–11 business days.

  • Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and South African public holidays.

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  • During peak periods, promotional sales, public holidays or unforeseen circumstances, deliveries may take longer than anticipated.

Please note that processing and delivery times are separate. Orders are only dispatched once payment has been successfully received and verified.

2. OUR DELIVERY PARTNER

All orders are shipped using Aramex Store-to-Door.

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking information where available to monitor your delivery.

3. SHIPPING DELAYS

While we endeavour to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Courier delays;

  • Weather conditions;

  • Public holidays;

  • High order volumes;

  • Service interruptions;

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by customers;

  • Events beyond our reasonable control.

YVY Performance™ shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from courier-related delays that are outside of our reasonable control.

Where delays occur, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with tracking and delivery updates.

Nothing contained in this policy limits any rights afforded to consumers under applicable South African law.

4. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

YVY Performance™ shall not be responsible for delays or additional delivery costs resulting from:

  • Incorrect delivery addresses;

  • Incorrect contact information;

  • Failed delivery attempts caused by customer error.

Additional shipping charges may apply where orders are returned to us due to incorrect customer information.

5. LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED PARCELS

Goods remain at our risk until they have been delivered to and accepted by the customer as required under applicable South African consumer legislation.

If your parcel arrives damaged, incomplete or appears to have been tampered with, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number;

  • Photographs of the packaging;

  • Photographs of the product received; and

  • A brief description of the issue.

Failure to notify us within a reasonable period may affect our ability to investigate courier-related claims.

6. FAILED DELIVERIES

If delivery cannot be completed because:

  • The delivery address provided is incorrect;

  • Nobody is available to accept delivery where required; or

  • The parcel is returned by the courier,

additional shipping fees may be payable before the order is re-dispatched.

7. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days.

Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

During promotional periods and high-volume sales events, processing times may be extended.

8. ORDER TRACKING

Where tracking information is provided by our courier partner, customers are responsible for monitoring the progress of their delivery.

Should your parcel appear delayed, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving the matter.
